Depth-oriented therapy for adults & couples in Massachusetts
For people
who want
meaningful
change, not
surface-level
fixes.
Telehealth therapy for adults and couples throughout Massachusetts.
You may be capable, thoughtful, and responsible, and still feel that something in your life is not working the way you want it to. Often those struggles are shaped by deeper emotional and attachment patterns that developed over time and now operate automatically.

You may have already tried to figure this out on your own — or even in therapy. You’ve thought about it, read about it, maybe talked about it at length. And still, something hasn’t shifted in a lasting way.
In our work together, you won’t be left circling the same patterns.
We slow things down and look closely at what’s actually happening — in your relationships, in your reactions, and in the moment between us. As patterns become clearer, we begin to make sense of what has felt confusing or stuck.
From there, we build a way forward. Not by forcing change, but by helping you respond differently where you’ve felt most hurt, reactive, or shut down.
You can expect me to be engaged, direct, and thoughtful in how I work with you. At times we’ll move slowly and carefully. At other times, things will click and the work will move more quickly.
Over time, people often find that they feel more grounded, more clear, and more able to stay connected — to themselves and to the people who matter most.
Rarely do I feel as seen
and cared for as when
I’m talking with Sam.
She’s warm and clear,
and her feedback is
grounded and insightful.
This work may be a fit if...
- No matter how much you’ve thought about it or worked on it, something still isn’t changing
- You find yourself stuck in the same patterns in relationships — even when you want something different
- You notice cycles of shutdown, overfunctioning, or reactivity that are hard to interrupt
- You feel internally conflicted — part of you knows what you want, but another part pulls you in a different direction
- You want more than coping strategies — you want to understand and change what’s driving the pattern
- You’re open to being engaged, challenged, and supported in a focused way
